We tend to our clients with the same care as our gardens, to insure each detail is covered and your expectations fulfilled by providing the freshest blooms, in hand-crafted arrangements that make your occasion uniquely beautiful.
We take great pride in providing personal and stellar service to our customers and enjoy making their special day beautiful with our flowers.
Michael is thoughtful, patient, and a great collaborator. Working with him was one of our favorite parts of wedding planning as he made the endeavor such a personal experience. Our visit to the farm was most enjoyable since it was a warm sunny day and such a lovely place where we got to see the flowers growing. Michael and his team made sure that our wedding flowers came together the way we’d hoped, only more beautiful. We didn’t have to worry at all about our flowers at any point during the entire process. They were truly perfect.
—CATHERINE & ANDREW
As my original farming mentor put it, “food satisfies our hunger, but flowers make us happy”.
It is with this bit of wisdom I set out to establish a farmstead in 2013 with my wife in the community of Dexter, Michigan where I grew up.
Since settling here, our family has grown and now our business is primed to grow as well. Luella Acres is rooted in my passion for bringing the beauty of the outside in and we are committed to growing practices that are safe and healthy for our family, our customers, and for the earth.
I am most happy when I am outside and frankly, when I’m digging in the dirt. My oldest daughter loves to tag along; I’m delighted she enjoys helping in the gardens and finds dirt as glamorous as I do. Louise and Ellery are bright flowers in our family garden and for whom the farm is named. We strive to give this glorious dirt purpose as it nurtures each seed until we can display the beauty of our flowers in a vase.
